Shipping and ear cropping are not a part of this guarantee and will not be refunded if you change your mind after purchasing your “JOJO’S” puppy and requesting these services.
Please read the following agreement. If you have any questions, please ask for clarification.
To the best of my knowledge, this puppy is in good health at the time of delivery. Buyer has three working days to have the puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian. Failing to do so will void your health guarantee. If the veterinarian discovers the puppy to be unsound, it can be returned within the three day period for a refund of the purchase price or replaced with a puppy of equal value at the breeder's discretion. This is provided the puppy is returned with a letter from the examining veterinarian stating in what respect the puppy is unsound. No refunds after the three day warranty period. Breeder will not replace or refund for any of the following reasons: allergy, mortality, landlord's disapproval, family disagreement or any other problems not related to health. Nor for a puppy's illness caused by neglect, exposure to weather, injury, choking, poisoning, etc.
No warranty or guarantee is made to the disposition, life-span, size, color, show quality, or breeding quality/ability of any puppy.
Breeder will not be liable for any expenses including but not limited to any veterinary bills or other expenses. Should a licensed veterinarian diagnose the puppy with a life threatening birth defect, or genetic defect, the Breeder will replace the puppy, limited to five years from the date of purchase. No refund or replacement will be made on a deceased puppy until a necropsy is performed to determine cause of death. Such necropsy must be performed by an accredited institution set up for such procedures such as Utah State University. A necropsy performed by a local veterinarian will not be accepted. All expenses will be paid by the owner of the pup. The necropsy will accompany any request for replacement or refund. Retained testicles and hernias are excluded from this guarantee. The buyer must contact the breeder within 48 hours upon discovery of an illness or defect. Any delay in doing so, voids this guarantee. The breeder at this time has the right to have the puppy examined by her veterinarian.
This guarantee is null and void upon any evidence of abuse or neglect, or if the buyer fails to have yearly checkups with a qualified veterinarian. Proof of said maintenance must be furnished upon request of breeder.
No guarantee is given for any kind of worm, coccidiosis, or giardia. These parasites are all too common to pups and can be contracted from your water, soil or boarding facility. Your puppy has been wormed frequently from two weeks of age until your possession. It is your responsibility to continue to worm your puppy and check for parasites. Your pup should be wormed every two weeks until it is placed on a monthly heartworm preventative (Required). Internal flea preventatives that contain pesticides, like Capstar, are not acceptable and voids your guarantee. Frontline, Advantage, Revolution, or Sentinel is recommended for flea prevention.

No guarantee is given for hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). This condition is not hereditary and is very preventable. This info and more is available on the website posted above.
This guarantee is non-transferable. Please be conscientious about vaccinating your puppy properly. Over vaccinating can cause long term problems. Vaccination related deaths are not covered under this warranty. This puppy has been vaccinated for parainfluenza, parvovirus, hepatitis, distemper, and dewormed properly from birth.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, all puppies are sold on Limited Registration, NO BREEDING RIGHTS. This means that your puppy qualifies for AKC Registration, but no litters produced by him/her are eligible for AKC registration. It also means that the dog shall not be eligible to be entered in a conformation breed competition in a licensed or member dog show. It is eligible, however, to be entered in events such as Agility, Obedience, etc. If Limited Registration is deemed appropriate and additional payment has been made, it will be indicated on the Registration Application. SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO REGISTER YOUR PUPPY WITH ANY DOG REGISTRY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE AMERICAN KENNEL CLUB, YOU MUST INCLUDE THE PREFIX OF "JOJO'S IN THE NAME OF YOUR DOG OR THIS GUARANTEE IS VOID.
Any claims made will require proof of such registration. AKC papers, health records, vet records and any other registry papers must accompany any claims on this guarantee. Any dog that has sired or whelped one or more pups is no longer covered under this guarantee. JoJo's goal is to produce healthy, quality pets only.
AS THE BUYER OF THIS PUPPY, OR HIS/HER REPRESENTATIVE, I HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THE ABOVE GUARANTEE. Acceptance of puppy or puppies is acceptance of this agreement.
